Straw yellow with a light veiling, stamp of the type, which does not hide the fine and continuous perlage. Subtle and elegant nose played on notes of yeast, refreshed by an intense perception of citrus fruits and sage. Very dry, with hints of cereals and a pleasantly bitter and persistent finish.
