In the heart of the Prosecco DOCG area, in Valdobbiadene, there is a particular sub-zone of about 200 hectares, called "Rive di Santo Stefano". Here the vineyards, called "Rive" because of the difficult nature of the steep and steep terrain, are rigorously cared for and harvested by hand. The Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Rive di Santo Stefano, a Millesimato Brut symbol of the excellence of the quality of the area of origin, is born from the lush, delicately harvested bunches of grapes.
