It is a harmonic sparkling wine, balanced between the marked freshness and the enveloping softness, with a pleasantly fruity finish. It is obtained from grapes coming from the most valuable plots: the Valdobbiadene DOCG area where the territory becomes a guarantee of quality. Its characteristics make it ideal with fish and vegetable dishes, also excellent as an aperitif. Ideal as an aperitif, it accompanies fish hors d'oeuvres or even challenging first courses. Serve at a temperature of about 6-8°C.
