Made from Alto Adige Pinot Nero grapes vinified in roses.
It is a sparkling wine obtained by slow fermentation and subsequent maturation on its own yeast for a period of twelve moons.
The bouquet is elegant, with hints of berries and ripe yeast.
The taste is dry, harmonious and of good length.
Foodpairing
Excellent as an aperitif, accompanies raw fish hors d'oeuvres, first and second courses.
