Sparkling wine obtained from an exclusive selection of Glera grapes coming only from vineyards in the Valdobbiadene area, of particular value where the combination of a sweeter microclimate with a sandstone and clay soil guarantees a higher concentration of aromas and flavours and the possibility to give the sparkling wine a more lovable and creamy taste without compromising its freshness.

It has a pale straw yellow colour, fine perlage, delicate aromas and flavours of fruit and flowers, rightly harmonious in its slightly lovable structure.
Gives its best at 8/10 °C, on delicate pastries, shortcrust pastry, fruit tarts, creamy millefeuille and focaccia.
Harvest: from mid-September to mid-October.
Vinification: soft pressing of the grapes, fermentation of the must in the absence of skins at a controlled temperature.
The froth takes place using the charmat method with refermentation in autoclaves, special pressure-tight, temperature-controlled containers.
