On the occasion of the visit to Valdobbiadene by an illustrious personage, some friends turned to Giuliano in their search for a new, refined and very dry sparkling wine. For the skilled sparkling wine maker, it was time to present a cuvée he had been working on for some time in order to obtain an Extra Brut. Thus was born "the sparkling wine of the reserve for the Governor". It was a success.
