Straw platinum color, with thin perlage. The nose immediately expresses apple, lily of the valley, wisteria and vegetables of sage and thyme, cedar, orange and mineral hints of pumice. In the mouth, fresh and sapid, with creamy and thin carbonica that brings back to the nose, with citrus fruits that tend to prevail. Persistent. Aperitif par excellence. Serve at 6-8 °C.
