VINIFICATION
After the selection of the best bunches from our own vineyards, the fermentation for the froth takes place at a temperature of 14°C to obtain a fine perlage. This technique allows to obtain delicate and particularly pleasant aromas on the palate.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Brilliant straw yellow colour. Very fine and persistent perlage. Floral scents of acacia, broom and gentian with a light vegetal note of sage and mint; fruity scents of grapefruit, pineapple and golden apple. On the palate soft, sapid and persistent, pleasantly lively and light.
