VINIFICATION
Soft pressing and pressing of Glera grapes. Fermentation conducted with selected yeasts at a temperature of 15° C. Sparkling wine obtained with the Charmat method.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Wine of an intense straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. The olfactory picture is of good breadth and great elegance. Fragrant scent of pear and green apple, against a background of grapefruit and lemon peel. The work is completed by hints of thyme and sage. The palate is harmonious, full-bodied and pleasantly persistent.
