The grapes used to make this sparkling wine are grown in the hilly vineyards with the highest altitude on the estate.
Bright straw yellow colour with green reflections. The perlage is fine and persistent. There are pleasant notes of white acacia flowers, with hints of fruit, apple and pear in prevalence, not yet ripe.
Fresh and sapid, the finish leaves room for a well-preserved acidic note.
Excellent as an aperitif and an excellent accompaniment to fish, shellfish and shellfish appetizers.
Serve preferably at 6-8°C.
