Straw yellow colour. Light, fine and persistent perlage. Essential and light, it has a scent that varies with time. From fresh and fruity notes reminiscent of unripe apple and wisteria flowers combined with a delicate perception of "bread crust", with the passage of time, you get to more and more complex notes resulting from contact with yeast.
at the bottom. The taste is dry. In summer it is very appreciated as a drink for its freshness and lightness. It can be used throughout the meal but it goes exceptionally well with first courses and grilled fish, risottos with mushrooms or vegetables, dry soups or in broth. Ideal with sausages.
