Prosecco made with grapesfrom the hills of Premaor di Miane, Refrontolo and Rua di Feletto (grapes from our vineyards in the area of Conegliano - Valdobbiadene). Perlage is fine and pale straw yellow in colour, with greenish reflections. Soft scent of flowers and fruit. The taste is simple and harmonious, moderately alcoholic with the right balance of acidity and sweetness.
Vinification: in white, at controlled temperature; wine with natural fermentation; atm. 2.5.

Food pairing: Appetizers and fish dishes.
