Prosecco Treviso Brut The Fresco of Villa Sandi was born in the territory of the Marca Trevigiana in the beautiful hills of Valdobbiadene, an area known for the production of Prosecco.
It is produced from pure Glera grapes, harvested around the middle of September. After a soft pressing, a careful white vinification takes place at a controlled temperature of 20°C.
It is characterized by a brilliant straw yellow colour and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with a fruity and floral bouquet, with notes of ripe Golden apple, enriched by pleasant scents of small mountain flowers. On the palate it is dry, pleasantly fresh and sapid on a soft background. The wine also has a fruity and aromatic aftertaste.
Perfect as an aperitif, it is ideal with pizzas and focaccia, but can also be served with white meat and raw or grilled fish.
