A small masterpiece that comes from the passion and careful work of a family business in Conegliano. 100% Glera of the precious Balbi variety, produced on the hilly land of the farm using the optics of eco-sustainable agriculture; they are entirely hand-picked with a careful selection of small and scattered bunches. The grapes are then subjected to short pellicular maceration and soft pressing so as to extract only the flower must that comes from the heart of the berry. The colour is pale straw yellow with greenish reflections, very fine and persistent perlage, elegant and delicate scent of fresh fruit and flowers, light and velvety taste with a mineral note. Excellent as an aperitif and with light Mediterranean dishes: appetizers, first courses of fish and seafood, white meat and fresh cheese.
