Produced with particular characteristics that faithfully reflects the typicality of the wines of this area. A very well-balanced wine where the processing both in the vineyard and in the cellar was only the minimum necessary and in the fermentation phase for the taking of foam no dosage of sugar was necessary. This phase, followed longer than normal to allow the wine to spend more time with the added yeasts in order to obtain a more complete amalgam and a fine and persistent perlage. In the mouth it is dry, with fruity notes slightly citrusy, the nose hits the intense floral aromas typical of wines from the Feletto area. It has an excellent structure that guarantees a long persistence in the mouth. Excellent throughout the meal, it goes perfectly with sausages and boiled meat in particular "pork oxada" and of course fish.
