This Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Dry is produced in the so-called'' Vigna a Ronco'' which is the ancient name of the vineyard, at the time owned by Fabris Domenico q. Cristoforo.
A sparkling wine with a good structure and excellent taste balance, it has an elegant, persistent but not intrusive bubble. It distinguishes itself from other wines thanks to hints of apple and spices and excellent flavor. It should be served fresh and throughout the meal.
It combines perfectly with traditional Venetian dishes such as cold cuts, fish, white meats; it is also excellent to accompany aperitifs and desserts.
