Canago Brut: Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG.
Canago is the old term used to indicate the area where the winery is located, a term dating back to 1291, as can be seen in the description of the Territory of the Community of Conegliano (Villa et Regula de Canago de Feleto). Precisely in recognition of the generosity of this territory, it was decided to give the name to this wine.
Characterized by citrus and vegetable notes, it has a fine and persistent perlage. To be eaten throughout the meal as it is in the production area, it prefers combinations with boiled meats, white meat, fish and vegetables.
