This wine represents one of the traditional expressions of our territory. Also known as "Prosecco Ancestrale", it includes a re-fermentation in the bottle in spring and a rest on the lees until consumption. Typical is its "cloudy" appearance due to the deposit of yeast on the bottom of the bottle. We recommend its clear consumption, after the scaraffatura that allows to separate the sediment. Marked hints of bread crust and ripe yellow fruit. Very fine perlage, due to the yeast. Very dry and structured wine, typically cloudy with a compact deposit on the bottom. Ideal for all moments. The perfect marriage, however, is with traditional Treviso cuisine based on first courses.
