100% Glera of the precious variety Balbi produced on the hilly land of the farm using the perspective of eco-sustainable agriculture; they are entirely hand-picked and directly delivered to the cellar. Soft pressing of whole grapes and static decantation, fermentation at low temperature with selected yeasts; clarification of the wine in a natural way by racking; taking of foam in autoclave for 30 days according to the Martinotti method and subsequent bottling.
The entire winemaking process is carried out with the aid of the cold in order to preserve the fragrance and authenticity of the wine. The color is pale straw yellow with greenish reflections, fruity and floral slightly aromatic with hints of golden apple, apricot and wisteria, harmonic very fresh and lively. Perfect to accompany aperitifs, hors d'oeuvres, light first courses, it goes well with white meats, fish and fresh cheeses.
