Paglierino yellow with greenish reflections. The perlage is fine and persistent. Floral hints and distinct notes of green apple and citrus fruits.
Savoury, harmonious and persistent. Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with risottos, shellfish and crustaceans throughout the meal.
It is recommended to serve at 6-8°C.
