A pleasant, well-structured and savoury Brut sparkling wine made from Glera, Verdiso and Perera grapes grown on the Rolle Estate. Its aroma is reminiscent of bread crust and ripe fruit, with a slight hint of acacia. Particularly suitable for important fish and white meat dishes, it can also accompany an entire meal.
Prosecco with lively perlage, in limited edition.
View: Straw yellow with intense foam with greenish reflections not dominant but well integrated.
Nose: Medium intense with a slight vegetal hint in an overall picture reminiscent of bread crust and ripe fruit, including apple, with a light floral note of acacia.
Taste: Lean, slightly wrinkled, dry, with good structure and sapidity, medium persistent with acidulous expression and salty finish.
