Spumante is the classic preparation of Prosecco. It is obtained by natural refermentation in autoclave of the base wine ( Charmat Method ). Slightly sweet and with a velvety taste, it is the prosecco par excellence that enhances the basic aromas through the sparkling process. Traditional aperitif, it perfectly accompanies first courses, soups of legumes and seafood, fresh white meat cheeses.
