Asolo Prosecco Superiore Brut Millesimato di Villa Sandi comes from vineyards located in the municipality of Crocetta del Montello, in the province of Treviso, in the heart of the Asolo Prosecco DOCG.
It is produced with pure Glera grapes, harvested exclusively by hand. After the classic processes of white vinification, the froth takes place by refermentation in autoclave, according to the Charmat Method, with refinement on its own yeasts.
Asolo Prosecco Superiore Brut di Villa Sandi's Asolo Prosecco Superiore Brut is characterized by a pale straw yellow colour and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with intense fruity aromas among which prevail hints of ripe Golden apples, enriched by notes of acacia flowers. On the palate it is fresh and full, pleasantly elegant and fruity.
Excellent as an aperitif, it is ideal with light first courses, appetizers, shellfish and all fish dishes.
