On the Yeast is the witness of the wine-growing and oenological tradition of this area. Belonging to the sparkling typology and coming from grapes cultivated only inside Valdobbiadene Docg, Sul Lievito makes the sparkling in the bottle in a spontaneous way during the spring season. The presence of naturally selected yeasts in the bottle acts as a natural preservative, giving it particular digestibility thanks to the zero sugar residue (0 g/l).
